n8n Instance Data
If you connect your n8n instance, we collect:
- Your n8n instance URL
- Your n8n API key (encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM)
Automatically Collected Information
- IP address and browser user-agent
- Session tokens for authentication
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the FlowRouters service
- Generate n8n workflows based on your prompts
- Deploy workflows to your connected n8n instance
- Process subscription payments and manage billing
- Maintain conversation history for your reference
- Improve our AI models and service quality
- Send service-related communications
- Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse
3. AI and Third-Party Data Processing
To generate workflows, your chat messages and prompts are sent to Anthropic's Claude API (Claude Haiku and Claude Sonnet models). Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy. We do not send your n8n API keys or credentials to Anthropic.
Subscription billing is processed by Polar. Payment information (such as credit card details) is handled directly by Polar and is never stored on our servers.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using Cloudflare's infrastructure:
- Cloudflare D1 — Account information, conversation metadata, and workflow references
- Cloudflare R2 — Workflow JSON files
- Cloudflare KV — Temporary cache and rate-limiting data
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), AES-256-GCM encryption for stored API keys, hashed passwords, and session-based authentication. Data is processed on Cloudflare's global network.
5. Cookies and Session Data
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. These are essential for the service to function and are not used for tracking or advertising. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Anthropic — Chat prompts for AI-powered workflow generation
- Polar — Billing and subscription management
- Cloudflare — Infrastructure and hosting provider
- Google — If you use Google OAuth for sign-in
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your workflow data
- Disconnect your n8n instance at any time

8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data, conversations, and workflows within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period.
9. Children's Privacy
FlowRouters is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
