Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlowRouters ("the Service"), operated at flowrouters.com and app.flowrouters.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
FlowRouters is an AI-powered tool that generates n8n workflow automations from natural language descriptions. The Service allows you to describe workflows in plain English, generate n8n-compatible JSON, and optionally deploy workflows to your n8n instance.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
FlowRouters offers subscription plans (Pro at $34/month and Business at $67/month) with monthly credit allocations. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Polar
- Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and may accumulate up to the plan maximum
- Unused credits beyond the plan maximum do not roll over
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit limits, or other usage restrictions
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service outside of approved APIs
- Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
- Generate workflows intended to cause harm, facilitate fraud, or violate third-party rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
6. Intellectual Property
The FlowRouters service, including its design, code, AI prompts, and node schema database, is owned by FlowRouters. You retain ownership of the prompts and descriptions you provide to the Service.
7. AI-Generated Workflows
Workflows generated by FlowRouters are provided to you under a perpetual, royalty-free license. You may use, modify, and distribute generated workflows without restriction. However:
- Generated workflows are created by AI and may contain errors or require manual adjustments
- You are responsible for reviewing and testing workflows before deploying them in production
- We do not guarantee that generated workflows will function correctly in all environments
- Workflows may reference third-party services (e.g., Slack, Google Sheets) that have their own terms of service
8. n8n Instance Connection
If you connect your n8n instance to FlowRouters, you are solely responsible for your n8n instance, its security, and any workflows deployed to it. We store your n8n API key encrypted at rest but are not liable for unauthorized access to your n8n instance.
9. API and MCP Usage
Access to FlowRouters via API keys or the MCP server is subject to these same terms. API keys are personal to your account and must not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse or violations of these terms.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF AI-GENERATED WORKFLOWS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWROUTERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FlowRouters harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
